Shipping and Delivery

If the product is in stock, we will get it to you in 1 week or less for FREE! And never pay sales tax!

Here's what you can expect:

We will ship out your order as quickly as possible and will provide you tracking updates shortly thereafter. To initially gauge when your shipment will arrive, we have provided some worst-case scenarios below. Keep in mind that these scenarios only apply if the product is in-stock.

  • An order placed on a Monday with a 1 Week Delivery Commitment should arrive by Monday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Friday with a 1 Week Delivery commitment should arrive by Friday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Saturday or Sunday with a 1 Week Delivery commitment should arrive by Monday of the following week.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship to any state in the US as well as Southern Canadian Territories. We have a flat rate shipping fee and ship many of our lines with no duty and brokerage fees. For a list of brands with no duty and brokerage fees, please click here. We ship via FedEx/UPS ground service. If you need a product more quickly, please contact our customer service team to discuss expedited shipping options (expedited shipping is not always possible).

Do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on many brands. For all other lines, for orders under $49 we have a flat rate of $15 when shipping within the US and Canada.

Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska incur a destination surcharge of $50 on any order. The $50 fee is in addition to the $15 flat rate for orders under $49.

We have a Freight & Handling fee that applies on a small selection of products that either ship LTL or require additional handling at the warehouse. This fee would be in addition to the destination surcharge and flat rate if applicable.

For orders shipping to Canada, the customer is responsible for all duty, brokerage and taxes unless the manufacturing line is part of our Preferred supplier list. Please click here to view Preferred Suppliers for Canada.

Are there any exceptions to your free shipping policy?

The only exceptions to our free shipping policy are the destination surcharge for shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska ($50 flat fee), and freight & handling fee (set on specific products that ship LTL or require additional handling at the warehouse - fee will vary by item). These fees will reflect in your shopping chart if applicable.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping as an option on our website. Orders are shipped FedEx, UPS, or Freight ground. If you need something more quickly, please contact our sales team prior to ordering to discuss expedited shipping options and prices. Please note that expedited shipping is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping within the US and Southern Canada. We do not ship internationally.

What is your Delivery Incentive program?

Our Delivery Incentive program is something we offer on specified lines. Based on average lead times, we commit to getting orders delivered within a specified number of days. If we miss the delivery commitment, we offer a $25 refund on the order. My order shows delivered but I never received it?

We cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries once FedEx or UPS indicates that the shipment has been delivered. If this occurs, please first check with neighbors and around your home. Then contact FedEx or UPS to file a claim.

Can you ship with USPS?

We are only able to ship UPS or FedEx. We cannot ship USPS at this time.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time. A physical street address is required for shipping. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to invalid delivery address entries.

If I return an order, will I be credited for shipping fees I paid?

If you return an order and you paid shipping fees for our standard flat rate, expedited shipping or Customs fees, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Why does my shipment show "Truck" for the carrier?

Some fixtures are too large to ship via UPS or FedEx. These items must ship freight truck. Any item/order shipped via truck is not eligible for expedited shipping or our Quick Delivery commitments. Truck shipments generally take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We don't always know when an order will ship via truck as it is up to the manufacturer's discretion. For truck shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Do you ship with a signature required for delivery?

At this time, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you would like your order to be shipped with a signature required, please call us to place your order. Orders are not shipped with Signature Service unless requested or UPS/FedEx requires it for your area.
